Apartment house
In my 2nd semester assignment in Architecture Technology studies, we were presented with a concept sketch of an apartment house in Lima, Peru. With this particular location, we had to consider the hot and dry climate and the possibilities of earthquakes.
The task was to develop a final design, technical solutions and the documents to support these choices.
My particular task was to give a detailed proposal for the construction of the foundation and analyse its performance. This included writing a property analysis, a budget, a construction time plan, a building part note and other documents.
